Leisure Villas takes great pride in creating
attractive home designs created to provide a
comfortable, flexible, impressive living environment
for today’s more active retirees. Our award winning
designs all feature rambler-style layouts with
wheelchair accessibility throughout. Our open
feeling, vaulted floorplans feature two car garages,
sunrooms, private patios, and two or three bedrooms.

having built and sold over 600 homes in nine
communities along the Wasatch front, we have learned
a thing or two about what most active adults are

Canterbury
The Canterbury is our largest design, and has historically been our most popular model, offering attractive flexibility in floorplan design, with either two bedrooms and a den, or three bedrooms, depending on the configuration. This home features a large kitchen with an abundance of cabinets and storage solutions.
The layout showcases a large master bathroom, sunroom and patio and has wheelchair accessibility throughout the home. The great room`s vaulted ceilings and fireplace promote a comfortable feeling of openness.
All homes in the Community are maintenance free, with landscape maintenance and snow removal managed by the Homeowners’ Association. Homeowners may invite guests over to enjoy the use of the community clubhouse amenities and pool facilities.

Newcastle
This large home comes in two variations, the Newcastle, and the Castleview. They differ based on the owner`s desire for a more private kitchen or a more open greatroom feel. It is a single-level rambler-style design, featuring spacious single-level living with large master suite, jetted tub, spacious kitchen, sunroom and two or three bedrooms, depending on the configuration.
It also has walk-in closets with closet organizers, extra storage, an attached two-car garage, and direct entry from the garage.
Its vaulted ceilings promote a sunny, open ambience. With a large, covered porch and attractive fireplace, it retains a cozy feel while still being spacious enough to host large family gatherings comfortably.
All our homes have large doors, wide hallways and no-step access into the home in order to easily accomodate persons with physical challenges.

Chateau
The Chateau is a unique floorplan, featuring a large upstairs bonus suite. This area is perfect for hobbies, visiting guests, or a separate game or TV room.
It is the perfect model for those looking for a separate area for specific needs or interests. It also features vaulted ceilings, a huge kitchen, and a two-car garage. This model also provides the best bargain for dollar per square foot invested.
Like all our homes, this design features walk-in closets with closet organizers, extra storage, an attached two-car garage, and direct entry from the garage.

Abbey
The Abbey is our most popular two-bedroom model with a comfortable sunroom and two large bedrooms. The design features a comfortable, open design with vaulted ceilings.

Danbury
The Danbury is our most affordable design and is an excellent choice for singles or for couples who have managed to get their kids to take away their stuff.
It features a comfortable front room gathering area with vaulted ceilings and fireplace, a perfectly sized kitchen area, a large master suite and a flexible second bedroom / den.
It has an enclosed private patio area and a two-car garage. Like all models it has wheelchair accessibility throughout.

Wellington
The Wellington is a very popular open floorplan design, featuring a huge greatroom, large master suite, and a guest bedroom and sunroom.
