It’s happened, we’ve sold our last home in Strawberry Creek Villas.

This 55+ community is weeks away from completion and we are preparing to move our staff to the next senior community that we have planned for Utah county.

Good bye Pleasant Grove

Pleasant grove has been a really fun city to build in. At Leisure Villas, we love providing a lifestyle that will be enjoyed for years to come. That’s why we really enjoyed this location in PG that we called Strawberry Creek Villas.

Now that we’re nearly done building and all sold out, it’s time for those new homeowners to enjoy their community without all our construction causing all that extra dust. But even more than a memory of dust, we hope that they find the memory of working with Leisure Villas to have been a pleasure.

We have enjoyed working with all of them. We’re certain that this location will continue to thrive and develop into an oasis for active adults 55 and better. Thank you for choosing us. We really appreciate you all.

Where do we go from here?

As we close the chapter on another wonderful community, it’s time to open the chapter on another. Our staff at Strawberry Creek Villas will soon be moving over to Vineyard.

Where is Vineyard?

It’s that little town just west of Orem. At least it used to be little. It’s one of the fastest growing areas in Utah county right now.

We’ve just recently recorded on our first phase of The Villas At Waters Edge in that growing community. This means that we are finally, after a very-very long winter, able to open up homes there for sale. Construction is scheduled to begin in just a couple of weeks.

Did you miss your opportunity to move to Strawberry Creek Villas?

Don’t worry. If you were hoping to get into Strawberry Creek Villas, but for some reason the timing didn’t work out, never fear. Our Vineyard property is actually very close to this same area.

To get there, simply go a couple minutes more towards Orem and take the 800 N. Orem exit off of I-15. Then head west. You won’t have far to go. You’ll see the new megaplex theater off to your left, but you just continue driving west for another half mile or so.

You’ll go over a new overpass, then when the road ends, turn left. You’ll be impressed as you drive through a beautiful lane full of mature trees on both sides and in the median of the road.

You only have to go one block or two before you turn right. Either road will lead you to us. You can’t miss it.
