Downsizing Your Home, Upgrading Your Retirement
What are you looking for in a new home? Quality? Affordability? Location? There’s a lot to consider when house hunting. We make the process a little simpler. Explore our Bristol Court Floor Plan below from the comfort of your own home. You’re also welcome to visit our actual model home in a low pressure environment and see it in person.
Smaller and Better
Sometimes, designing a house is not about how big you can make it, but how well you design it. All too often, we see large homes that make no sense and don’t feel good at all. Then there are those gems where the designers were meticulous about how they arranged every square foot of the home. The Bristol Court is that better compact design.
Maybe you’re married couple, looking to downsize, or maybe you’re single, and want a home that’s easier to take care of, this home is perfect for you. Often we have visitors who automatically say, “No, we don’t want the smaller floor plan,” but they want to see it anyway. They are almost always surprised when they enter and find out how not small it really feels.
At Leisure Villas, we often brag about the superb lifestyles that our 55 and older communities provide. We tend to downplay the sticks and bricks of our floor plans, however, just because we don’t talk about it much, doesn’t mean that our home designs are anything less than amazing. Most people, when looking for a home, will focus on floor plans. For us, the lifestyle is the biggest draw. They come for the culture, and get sold on the floor plans.
Designing a truly great floor plan can take us over a year. We study each angle and overthink everything. Then we build the home and change it some more, tweaking it till it shines. We also like to offer a little variety. Most of our floor plans offer open spaces that enhance the comfort of the home. This home is no different, however, we know that many people also like to have a dedicated dining area. This floor plan was uniquely designed to provide that dedicated dining experience. In addition, we’ve also built in a bar style kitchen. This offers both privacy to your kitchen and a place to park your barstools.
When you come and visit our communities, even if you’re not interested in the smaller floor plan, take the time to walk through our Bristol Court. You, like many others, might be surprised to find out how much you really like this model. While you’re at it, don’t forget that this floor plan, like all of our other plans, is ADA adaptable, and has the option to add a bonus room above the garage, which is great if you find yourself falling in love with this design, but still need that extra square footage.
