Active Adult 55+ Senior Communities in Davis County

Are there any active adult community in Davis County? Why yes, there are. In fact, Leisure Villas, Utah’s preferred builder of senior homes for 55 and older has just finished one such community. We’re not your average home builder. We specialize in giving you something better.

There are many reasons someone might want to move to one of our senior communities. These are just a few:

Even though we’ve built several communities throughout Utah, we’ve only recently just started building in Davis County. Needless to say, we hope to bring more to this wonderful part of Utah.

Our first project in Davis County was called: Sunset Park Villas. Built in Syracuse, just off Antelope Drive, this community has become a one of the jewels of the neighborhood. It is however, all sold out now.

Sunset Park Villas:

This is rich and diverse senior living at its best. Granted it’s our only 55+ community in Davis County, but it sure is beautiful. Yes, it is also sold out. But if you want to get a feel for what we do, please visit it. It’s just off Antelope Drive in Syracuse at 1920 S. 1000 W.

Residents here enjoy great friendships and activities. Community trips make vacations so much more fun.

We do plan on building more great communities like this in Davis County, but since we haven’t found another good piece of dirt to develop, we may be a year or two before we’re back to building near your neighborhood again.

There are many factors that go into creating the product that we deliver. When it all boils down, the first and most important step is finding land. This is our biggest bottleneck. Yes there is a lot of work that needs to happen after that, but none of that can happen without land.

Davis County currently just has the one subdivision that we’ve built. if you can get lucky to find someone willing to sell their home. Many of our communities end up having a waiting list of potential buyers.

Yes, they may be other active retirement living options in and around Davis County, but nobody understands you quite the way we do. We are coming back. Every week we meet with landowners and try to find a prime piece of land that could become your next home.
