Occasionally, we have to close down our sales offices for a short period of time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
For about one week at the end of this month, most of our 55+ active adult communities in Utah will be operating with a bare bones staff in both the construction and sales departments. We will still have some people around on certain projects to help address your needs, but they could be spread somewhat thin.
Select offices closed between January 24-30
What sales offices will still be open.
Our Vineyard sales office will remain open and fully staffed. If you want to talk to a sales agent, you are welcome to visit Josh and discuss your needs. Keep in mind, if you are a current buyer in one of our other subdivisions, he might not have all the answers to your job specific questions.
Our Vineyard retirement community, The Villas At Water’s Edge, is just a few minutes west of I-15. To get there, take the 800 N. Orem exit and drive west until the road ends. Take a left-hand turn (it’s the only turn available), then take the 1st right hand turn you get to. We’ll be about two blocks down that road on the left-hand side. The actual address, though it might still be hard to find on GoogleMaps, is 200 W. 600 N. Vineyard, Utah.
Josh, our salesman in Vineyard, will be happy to meet with you. Feel free to call in advance, in case he needs to run out of the office for any reason. You can find his contact information here.
The sales offices of The Villas at Pioneer Crossing in Lehi and Midas Creek Villas in Herriman will be closed from January 24-30.
What if you have an emergency?
Hopefully you won’t have any problems while we’re gone, but if you are a homeowner and have a construction problem that needs immediate attention, please refer to your homeowners manual for the appropriate subcontractor that can fix your issue.
If you are in Pioneer Crossing, Taylor will still be available to address your warranty needs.
When will Vineyard have homes ready to move into?
As long as we’re talking about Vineyard being open during our “company training”, let’s talk about when we’ll have homes in this senior community ready to move into.
Our very first building has just reached the 4-way stage, meaning that we’ll be insulating this week. After that, comes sheetrock. Since we are placing one of our models in the Parade of Homes, we expect to have our first building completed early this Summer.
There’s never been a better time to buy a house than now in our Villas at Water’s Edge. Selection is still great, and if you buy before the home is sheetrocked, you can still pick out all of those options that make your home unique to you.
So if you’re wanting to visit us and see what we have to offer, stop by our Vineyard location. We’re sure that you’ll be impressed. You might just fall in love with Utah Counties newest 55+ community.
