The Villas at Pioneer crossing is Lehi’s newest 55+ community. We’ve been building it now for a couple of years and we’re getting close to the end of construction.

If you’ve been sitting on the fence, but know deep down in your heart that you want to move into one of these great active adult communities, then you better hurry over to the clubhouse and meet with us.

We’ve got plenty more communities being built and planned, but this particular community in Lehi, Utah, is getting near the end.

How many senior community homes are available in Lehi?

The Villas at Pioneer Crossing:

This is our third age restricted community in Lehi. Located just on the South-East corner of the Pioneer Crossing and Center Street intersection, this new neighborhood has incredible access to everything you could want, while still feeling comfortable.

It even has a brand new park that will be completed in the next few months, right next door. Have you ever wanted to give Pickleball a try? Maybe you’re a tennis fan. Either way, you’ll have direct access to this great park.

However, like all great new developments, eventually they all sell out. With construction of these new homes nearly complete, we only have a handful of homes left to sell.

With construction only months away from completion, these homes will sell fast. If you’ve been waiting for a time to buy, not just a new home, but a home with neighbors and a lifestyle that fit’s you perfectly, while living in Lehi, and you are 55 years or older, this might be your last chance for a while.

If you’d love to move into our Villas At Pioneer Crossing, but the timing just doesn’t work for you, don’t worry. We do expect this Lehi location to sell out soon, and while we don’t have another new development ready to start in Lehi, we do have one that is pretty close.

In a few months, we’ll begin construction of our newest 55+ community for active adults in Saratoga, just about a block north of the old Saratoga swimming pool.

Sure this will not have completed homes till about the end of this year, but it is coming. Whatever your plans, I hope you stop by and see how much better your life could be, just by living in one of these luxurious communities.
