Nobody in Utah knows senior communities like Leisure Villas. For the last couple decades, we’ve done nothing but build the best active adult communities in the state.

The Villas at Legacy Farms is our newest neighborhood. Located just a block North of the old Saratoga swimming pool, this community enjoys close access to Utah Lake and the nearby parks and wetland walking paths.

Aside from just your average walking paths, we are just minutes away from the start of the Jordan River Parkway, the famous paved walking, biking, jogging trail that extends all the way up to Thanksgiving point and beyond.

Saratoga is no longer the small, out-of-the-way town it used to be. It has grown, and our senior community here will also have close access to shopping, grocery, even a temple if that is something you value.

How to get there:

There are a couple of easy ways to get to this new community. The first way, is to come, via the old Saratoga road. It’s still a nice scenic drive along the shore of Utah Lake, but you can also find easy access coming from Redwood Road. Just follow it South until you find the left-hand turn off at 400 S.

This new community is so new, that we don’t have a sales office out there yet, but don’t let that discourage you. If you have any questions about this new neighborhood we’re developing, we encourage you to call us or go visit our sales office in our Lehi subdivision at the corner of Pioneer Crossing and Center Street. The friendly staff there will be the ones moving over to Saratoga in the next few months as soon as their subdivision is fully sold out.

You’re also more than welcome to drive by and see the site for yourself. It’s a great looking area. You might even find yourself parking the car at the nearby amenities and taking advantage of them, even though you’re not living there yet.

The Villas At Legacy Farms is shaping up to be one of the coolest places to live, work, and play. You’ll love it here, and so will your grandchildren. With so much to do inside the community and outside of it, you’ll get to experience the lifestyle that you really want.
