We’re wrapping up our clubhouse tour, but there is one major piece that we simply can’t overlook!

It should be obvious, but without a doubt, you can’t enjoy the clubhouse without this last little feature.

It is the piece that binds an active adult community together.

So what is that all important 55+ glue?

The sales office?

No! But that does play a part in it. Yes, there is an extra office in our clubhouses. This room can be used for various purposes after we’ve turned the clubhouse over to you.

I’ve seen it used as the HOA offices. It’s been turned into a media center with computers. It’s basically a room that you as a community get to use for any purpose you want. But until we turn the HOA over to you, we use that office as our sales office.

But I digress. The sales office, while being another feature/amenity of our clubhouses, is not the glue that brings quality to a 55+ community. The sales office only helps bring that final piece of the clubhouse together.

You are what makes a clubhouse special.

Without you, the clubhouse is just a space-taker. We could have built another few homes there and made some extra income instead. That however, would have been doing you a disservice.

Why does someone move to an active 55+ community?

The answers will inevitably vary. But we believe that you value a lifestyle that can’t be satisfied in a normal subdivision. Since part of having a life is sharing it with others, we believe that the clubhouse is where everyone can come together and develop those life-long friendships that improve overall living standards.

One of our biggest pushes is to make sure that each community knows that the clubhouse is here for you to use, not just look at.

We encourage you to take advantage of it as often as you can. If you have suggestions for activities, do them. If you find that you really wish the clubhouse had different features, let us know that too. We might not be able to add a new addition to a completed clubhouse, but your suggestion might be noted for future clubhouses.

Come visit one of our communities today. Our sales staff is happy to walk you through everything. As I mentioned, the sales office is usually located inside our clubhouses, unless the clubhouse hasn’t been fully built yet.

Reading about the clubhouse here is one thing. Seeing it for yourself is another. But like I said, this is just your first stop. Once you see the models and meet some of the people, you’ll have a hard time wondering why you ever thought of moving anywhere else.
