Part of that is communication. We’ve partnered with BuilderTrend, an online software solution company for managing construction. With them, we’ll be able to keep everyone in the loop. This means that if the contractor has a schedule change, causing your closing date to change, your sales person and you get to know immediately. Most things can be dealt with if we have enough time to plan for them. This way, even if something comes up, you will have no surprises.
Involving you in the process
Our sales people can easily take pictures and upload them to your portal. Especially if you’re an out of state buyer, it’s nice to see the actual construction phases of your new home. Sometimes it’s just fun to show your family.
But the portal is also interactive. Through it, you can highlight your favorite options and upgrades, so that when you meet with our complimentary professional design team, you already have a good idea of the direction you want to go in.
From there, you can finalize your options and see the updated pricing.
Better warranty response and documentation
This new customer portal is not just for homebuyers. This is also for those who’ve recently bought and are now living in their new home.
We strive to build the best quality home possible, but occasionally there is still a warranty request that gets made. Instead of calling it in or handing a paper to someone and hoping that it doesn’t get lost or slip between the cracks, you can now request that warranty online via your portal.
It will remain there until the issue is resolved. No more stressing over an overdue warranty call or wondering if anything ever got addressed.
