We’ve officially started pouring foundations in our Vineyard subdivision.
We’re excited about this new location, and you should be too.
Maybe you’ve heard of it already, but we are building another one of Utah’s best subdivisions for seniors 55 and older.

When will the Sales office be open?
We’re getting a lot closer to opening our sales office. We have some dirt to bring in still so that you don’t need a ladder to climb into our temporary sales office/trailer. We have this all scheduled to be done in the next 3 weeks. (We’ll let you know here, when that office is open)
But even though the sales office isn’t open yet, we have started selling. So don’t be afraid to drive by and see if this looks like a place you’d want to live.
How do I find it?
Of course, you need to find this subdivision first. It’s not the easiest to find either. First of all, a lot of people don’t even know where Vineyard is.
Vineyard is just west of I-15, next to Orem. If you’ve driven I-15 between 800 N. and Center Street, you’ve probably seen the new Megaplex theater. We’re between that and Utah Lake, near where Geneva used to be.
The easiest way to find us, is to get off of the 8oo N. Orem exit and go west, towards the lake. You’ll notice that there is a lot being built over there. Continue over the new overpass, then turn left. After you’ve made this left-hand turn, you can get to our subdivision by turning right on either the first or third street that you drive by.

If you’re starting foundations now, when can I move in?
Good question. Usually, we take between 6-7 months to construct a building. This is often slowed down slightly on the first building or two, since city inspectors often watch us a little closer, especially if they don’t know us yet.
Also, our first building is going to have three models in it. So unless you are lucky enough to buy the one available home in that first building, you’ll be waiting until the second building to actually move in. We try to complete one new building every month. (If you’re still unfamiliar with us, we usually have four homes per building.)
That means, the first person to move in will likely be moving in around March, with the second building ready to close around April.
Who do I call?
Like I said, even though our sales trailer isn’t open yet, hopefully it will be by the middle of September, but you can still put one of those first homes under contract today.
In fact, it’s usually a good idea to be in one of the first three buildings, because after that, our early-bird pricing ends and we usually have to raise the prices.
