There’s a lot happening here. Not only is Vineyard becoming a prominent city in Utah county, but it has Utah’s best builder of 55 and older communities, developing a community near the shores of Utah Lake.

Perhaps you’ve driven by and noticed the new Megaplex theater off the west side of I-15. That is Vineyard. With Geneva Steel, all but a memory, this whole area is booming with growth. Most of it has been residential so far, but the businesses are about to follow.
