Downsizing your home, upsizing your entertainment

How many people do you know that have a dedicated theater or entertainment room in their house. Maybe they even have stadium seating. Maybe that person is even you? Can I just ask, how often does it actually get used?

If you’re like most people I know, the entertainment room in your house is seldom used. We live in a fast-paced world. If you’re not retired yet, you may soon be. Even then, how often do you find yourself working in the kitchen or doing other tasks while MacGyver saves the day?

What if you could have all the cool relaxing home-cinema effect of a dedicated theater room, without having to actually make that a part of your house? Not only do our clubhouses have a theater, but they’re better than your home theater.

This room is designed and assembled by professionals who know how to make the best home-theater systems. You get access to this, but that’s not the best part. The best part is, that you can share the experience with more people.

Relax

Place that drink in the cup holder and sink your butt into your personal recliner. Put your feet up while you’re at it. Is it movie night with your neighbors? Maybe a matinee with the grandkids. How about game day with the guys?

Most of our homes range from about 1600 sq ft to 2600 sq feet. This may be more or less than you’re used to. Whether you consider this a step up, or a downsize, don’t ever call it a downgrade. Our 55+ communities are a rich environment for fostering friendships.

Just like this top of the line theater room, our clubhouse is full of amenities that you might want out of a bigger house, but without actually having to own and maintain within your own walls. This is an extra 450 sq ft of space that you have access to, without any of the hassle!

After all, now that all your kids are moved out, what else do you need the extra square footage for? Pretty much anything else you’d want and more can be found in our clubhouse now.
