Country View Villas – Tooele

Country View Villas is our newest 55+ community to become available. It’s also our first ever community in Tooele.

A few months ago, we started accepting reservations of the first few homes. They filled up surprisingly quick. As it turns out, there’s a lot of people interested in this new neighborhood. The big question has always been: When will it be open for sale?

Well, we finally have a date.

February 1st of this year, we will officially open our sales office to the public. We haven’t begun construction yet, but that is scheduled to start within the next few weeks. At that point, we’ll be up and running as fast as we can.

This community is located about a block East of the Macey’s Grocery store on Main Street on 1000 N. and 220 E. Currently, there are 136 homes planned for this development. They will of course have our popular clubhouse which comes fully equipped with an exercise room, a theater, billiards, library, gathering room, and don’t forget the swimming pool.

We’ll also be building our four most popular floorplans that have been carefully designed and honed over the last few developments that we’ve built:

• The Grandview
• The Stratford
• The Windsor Court
• The Bristol Court

Over the years, we’ve built many different floorplans, and we are constantly modifying them, improving them to fit the lifestyles that best suite active adults who are at or near retirement.

We know that if you’re at or near retirement, you’re probably wanting to settle into a house that will be loads of fun for the duration of your retirement, help you find instant friendships with others your same age, a place which will be fun for family to visit you at, and is specifically adapted to help you grow into those later years, when mobility becomes an issue.

At Leisure Villas, we hate stair, and we love building friendships. Designing communities that are much more than sticks and bricks is our chief goal. We want to build a lifestyle oriented community, one where you won’t just take pride in your home, but in your community as a whole.

The people have always been the best part of any Leisure Villas Community. Often, after we’ve sold out one of these types of communities, the HOA has to form a waiting list to accommodate all the extra people who want the opportunity to move in.

Schedule

As with most of our communities while under construction, we will open our sales offices at 10am and go until 5pm Monday through Saturdays. As stated earlier, we’ll begin opening our sales office on Feb. 1st.

Construction will begin as soon as possible, with the first homes scheduled for completion later this fall or early winter. But as you may know, if you’ve been house hunting, you don’t want to wait until then to buy your home. Not only will these sell quickly and in advance, but those who buy their homes earlier will be able to pick out more of the upgrades and options to personalize their home to their tastes.
