Well folks, we just sold our last home in our Villas At Pioneer Crossing subdivision.

This Community for seniors 55 years and older, still has a few months left before we finish construction of all the homes, but we have sold it all, including our models.

While we are sold out, our sales office will remain open there for a few more months while we finish construction.

Can I still visit?

Will the models stay open too?

Until we move the furniture out of our models, and move the new homebuyers into those models, we’ll keep them open for you to visit.

Since we’re starting a new community just a couple miles down the road in Saratoga, you might find it helpful to visit us here in our Pioneer Crossing community to see the floorplans we’ll be using. Since the friendly sales staff in Lehi will also be the same sales staff for our Saratoga project, called “The Villas At Legacy Farms”, you might want to get to know them, so that they can keep you informed when we open the homes in our Saratoga community for sale.

Also, until the models in our Vineyard location, “The Villas At Waters Edge”, are finished, you still might want to visit our Lehi project to look around.

So in short, yes, our models, or at least some of them, will remain open for a little while longer. But don’t delay, we will have to close them soon.

Sometimes we get a home that opens up for sale again

If you feel like you missed out on your opportunity to buy a home here in our Pioneer Crossing subdivision, don’t worry. It never hurts to put your name on a waiting list. For many reasons, we have a certain percentage of buyers who have to back out of their contracts.

With a few months left in construction, I wouldn’t be surprised if we have one or two come back on the market. So stop by and visit with our sales staff. Let them know if you’re interested and that you want a call if someone has to cancel their contract.

While you’re at it, you can learn about other communities that we have planned in the near future. Just because we’re sold out in this location, doesn’t mean that you can’t still move into this or one of our other great communities. Get to know our sales staff. Keep in touch with them. Before you know it, you’ll have found the perfect home for your retirement.
