New 55+ Community Coming to South Jordan

Leisure Villas is proud to officially announce one of our newest 55+ Communities in South Jordan, Utah.

For several years now, we’ve been scouring this city, hoping to bring one of our luxurious communities to this place. We’ve finally found a fit and have bought the perfect property where we plan to build another quality neighborhood.

There is still some time before we’ll be able to begin construction, but if live in or around South Jordan, you are 55 years or older, and you are looking to move into a house that more readily fits your needs and lifestyle, never fear, you can still live near.

Where is this new 55+ Community located?

Well, chances are, if you drive Bangerter Highway, you’ve probably driven past it already, and just didn’t know it. Do you know where the Salt Lake Community College is? The one located on the boarder of West Jordan and South Jordan? We’re just south of that.

The approximate address is 9500 S. 3400 W.

The quickest way to find us, is to turn east, off of Bangerter at 9800 S. Go two blocks, then turn North at 3400 W. Follow that road North for a block or two, and you’ll have found us.

How long before we have anything for sale?

This community is not currently for sale yet. We still have a lot of work to do before we begin construction. There’s a couple month process involved in getting the development planned and approved through the city.

Then we’ll need several months to actually develop the land. This includes sewer, water, power—all that good stuff that goes in before a house is ever started.

If I was to offer a wild guess, I would imagine that we wouldn’t have anything ready to move into until the latter end of 2020.

That means that we probably won’t start preselling anything before January 1st 2020. As we get closer, if this changes, we’ll let you know. So check back here often.

If you’d like, you could also let our sales team there, keep you up to date on South Jordan’s progress. They’ll likely be the same team that sells this new community, and they can reach out to you when they are ready to start actually selling homes there.
