Each of our Leisure Villas floor plans—which range from 1600 to 2600 square feet—are single-story with the option to include another room above the garage (with closet and second restroom) for visiting guests. The amenities both in-unit and at the clubhouse are designed to support lifestyles that are fun and active. Host inside parties in our spacious party room near the kitchen area or pool-side in the lounge area with a grill. Screen your favorite movies in our movie theater, or spend a quiet afternoon in our library. Take a walk around the neighborhood or get moving in our exercise facility, and challenge your neighbors to a game of cards or billiards.

Our luxurious active adult communities are legally restricted to homeowners 55 years or older, so you can connect with your neighbors knowing they are all at similar times in their lives. Our Leisure Villas Communities

We have five different Leisure Villas communities from North Ogden to Vineyard so you can find the location right for you and your loved ones. While most of our amenities remain consistent throughout all our sites, each community has something unique to offer. 

Country View Villas in Tooele

Tooele is a good fit if you are looking for something separated from the bustle of the city but not too far removed from friends and family. Our Country View villas meet this ideal middle ground, a good spot for those still commuting to Salt Lake and for those who are retired and want to be away from the crowds and traffic.

Hearthstone Villas in South Jordan

Hearthstone Villas is the largest of our communities with 168 homes in progress. It is also our first community to have pickleball courts installed. Located in the heart of South Jordan, this community will have easy access to all that the city has to offer. All of these units are still in progress, so they will be perfectly brand new for an added level of luxury.

The Villas at Legacy Farms in Saratoga Springs

On the northwest bank of Utah Lake, the location of our villas at Legacy Farms cannot be beaten. Those living here enjoy added amenities simply because of where the community is situated. Residents of The Villas at Legacy Farms have access to trails like Jordan River Parkway and Utah Lake Parkway; significant roads like Redwood Road and Pioneer Crossing; and locations like the lake shore, Saratoga Hot Springs, Patriot Baseball Park, and Thanksgiving Point.

Grovecrest Villas in Pleasant Grove

Grovecrest Villas, while not our usual Leisure Villas-styled community, is a great place for those seeking an apartment-styled retirement. This unique community boasts of beautiful mountain and lake views. If you love being out in nature, the Grove Creek Canyon and Battle Creek Falls trail heads are within easy reach. If you or your family are interested in adventures of a more fantastical nature, the community is a mere 5 minutes away from Evermore Park, the only immersive experience theme park of its kind.

The Villas at Waters Edge in Vineyard

The Villas at Waters Edge sit just on the east bank of Utah Lake, guaranteeing an idyllic setting for this community. If lake and mountain views are a must, consider Vineyard. The town itself is also beautiful, and our community has quick access to almost 10 parks and the Utah Lake Shore trail. We are in the process of adding new units to this community to meet the demand to live at the water’s edge.
